    Responsibilities

    • Implement recruitment strategy to attract talent in Egypt.
    • Run marketing campaigns to build a candidate pipeline.
    • Manage social media presence (content, ads, campaigns).
    • Explore new partnerships for talent attraction.
    • Coordinate internal brand ambassadors.
    • Measure and report campaign success.
    • Manage recruitment budget.


    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Arabic (C1).
    • 2+ years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
    • Skilled in social media and Ads Manager.
    • Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
    • Experience in photography/videography (portfolio a plus).
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling.
    • Data-driven with analytical skills.
